What does it do?

According to PubMed, a randomized open-label trial of topical cannabis balms (CBD versus THC) in breast cancer survivors with aromatase-inhibitor-associated joint pain found both balms were feasible and well-tolerated on skin over 2-4 weeks of hand application, with only minor skin irritation reported by 24% of participants -- real topical safety/tolerability evidence from a musculoskeletal-symptom trial, not a facial-skincare efficacy study.
