Near windows, it's worth it — UVA rays can pass through ordinary glass and contribute to aging over time, even if you're not getting burned. Indoor UV exposure is generally much lower than being directly outside, though, so how much this matters depends on your setup: working from home right next to a sunny window is a different situation to sitting in a windowless office all day.
