SkinLabs Knowledge Hub
Real answers. Evidence-backed guidance. Built for South African skin, climate and routines.
SkinLabs provides educational skincare information, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Persistent symptoms, severe reactions, unusual lesions and significant skin concerns should be assessed by a qualified healthcare professional.
Products & Shopping
Since we don't sell products ourselves, returns depend entirely on the retailer you bought from. As a general pattern, most SA retailers accept returns on unopened products within a set window with proof of purchase, and opened skincare is often excluded for hygiene reasons — though many make an exception for a genuine allergic reaction. Keep your receipt either way, and check the specific retailer's current returns policy before you open anything you might need to send back.
